László Józsa
founder director of Speak Easy Project, spent seven years working at Central European University, Budapest before he started his career in the film and television production industry in 2004.
As a freelance film producer/production manager, he has worked on television productions for TV2-Hungary and the Hungarian National Television (150+ episodes), several documentaries and short films as well as dozens of television and online commercials (OTP Bank, MIZO group, TASZ, Douwe Egberts etc.). His newest and fully independent documentary, Film Until The Ashes, that he also directs and produces himself, is in making and will be released in 2011. He is an inventor of creative ideas, founder of the Kvazibarki network, a passionate environmentalist and a 4 times marathon finisher (Berlin, Copenhagen, Budapest, New York).

Loránd Balázs Imre
idea incubator and communications expert, friend and former university mate of László, joined Speak Easy Project in 2008.
He started his job career in the United States working mainly for not-for-profit organizations.
Returning to Budapest, he worked at various communications agencies as a PR assistant, account manager (Café PR), and later as a consultant and project manager (Probako), mainly in the field of strategic planning and project realization. Since 2008, as country manager, he has led the Hungarian team of the Central Europe based communications agency network, East Side Consulting.
He has provided consultancy and carried out various communications projects for international IT companies such as Sharp Electronics, SMART Technologies, TomTom, Invitel, Tele2, SES ASTRA, Symantec, etc. As co-member and director of Speak Easy Project, closely working with his colleague, László, and a wide network of contractors providing support in all fields of communications, he is developing and incubating ideas that intend to make a difference in society and technology. He is a passionate, natural born communicator, strategist, as well as a social media expert and enthusiast.
